Our Bowls Club is a welcoming and inclusive weekly gathering, and offers a supportive environment where members can enjoy the game at their own pace, socialise with others, and stay active in a fun and relaxed setting. Indoor bowls is a great way to improve coordination, balance, and overall well-being while fostering a sense of community. Whether you’re new to the game or an experienced player, our friendly sessions provide a chance to engage in light physical activity, boost confidence, and enjoy a game with friends.
We are looking to increase the club’s membership over the coming months, starting with an open invitation to come along and have a go. You don’t need any previous experience, and the club will provide shoes and bowls for your practice sessions.
The first three sessions are free and only £3 per 2hour session thereafter. There is no charge for the bowls and shoes.
Please note that if you have mobility issues we are requesting that you have a partner / career to accompany you. The club has adapted wheelchairs and walking aids available. Further information is available by calling the above number. All partners are afforded the same facilities and take part.
Come along and you never know you may just find a new and enjoyable pass time!
